  Cancelation

  • With cancelation > 48 hours you will be charged a fee of €10.
  • With cancelation < 48 uur we charge half the price of the ride.
  • With cancelation < 24 uur we will charge you the full price of the ride.

Arrangements

Zaventem

  • When landing on Zaventem airport you can find our driver near the Java coffeer shop with a sign with your name (unless told otherwise)
  • We kindly ask you to notify us by phone on the following number in case you have a delay of at least 45 minutes:

Charleroi

  • When you land at Charleroi, the cab driver can be found in the entrance Hall near the Leonidas stand, with a sign with your name (unless told otherwise)

General

  • We ask you to notify us in case you have any problems with your luggage
  • We ask you to notify us when you miss your flight (for example with a transfer) or flightchange (number, hours, ...) If the client fails to notify us, the complete fair will be charged. We also can not guarantee that a car/driver will be available
  • If you encounter any problems with the luggage upon arrival, please call us.
  • If you supply us faulty data (for example departure date from destination in stead of arrivaldate), we will charge double.
  • Our drivers will wait a maximum off 60 minutes after the landing if we have not heared anything from you. In case we did not hear anything from you, the driver will be instructed to leave the airport. The total price will be charged. In case you contact us afterwards and the driver has to return to the airport, we shall charge the extra time/kilometers it takes.

  • If your flight is delayed we will give priority to customers who are departing. But we will still do everything that is humanly possible to have a driver on time on the airport.
  • If your flight has landed early, it could be possible that you have to wait for a small period of time because the driver might still be on the way to the airport. The driver will be at the airport a maximum of 30 minutes after the original landing time. We will do everything in our power to get the drive on time at the airport
  • For each contract with Budgettaxi that is agreed upon, the client uses the services from Budgettaxi for at least 3 hours
  • In case of non payment off your invoice after 20 days, everything will be transferred to our lawyers. The costs from those actions will be for the client. Planned transfer will be cancelled without any notice

Payment

Individuals

  • Individuals always pay cash to the driver. (per ride)
    If you want you can get a ticket/invoice from the driver.
  • For payments with bancontact their are no extra charges.
  • We only accept payments with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American express, ...) if the total amount is over 100€.
  • If you want to pay by bancontact or credit card, please select the right option, as not all our vehicles might be equipped with this option.
  • Rides from €125 have to be payed in advance by wire transfer. Rides will only be done when the amount is received in time

Companies

  • Cash
  • Payments with bancontact are free of extra charges.
  • We only accept payments with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American express, ...) if the total amount is over 100€.
  • If you want to pay by bancontact or credit card, please select the right option, as not all our vehicles might be equipped with this option.
  • Companies have the option to pay by receipt. This needs to be notified in advance together with the reciept data
  • If wanted you can still pay cash to the driver and we will send you the receipt.

General

  • If we did not receive payment 10 days after the receiptdate, we will add 15%

Ordering

  • We ask you to always order well in advance so we can assure you we can match a driver to your booking.
  • When you order on the website we ask you to supply the correct landing time and NOT the time you want to be picked up at the airport
  • When you order and the ride is in the upcoming 12 hours, we will charge you €10 extra on top of the normal price.
  • When your order is within 2 hours, we charge €25 on top of the normal price.
  • If the data after receiving the confirmation are incorrect and at the date of the transport no correction has been asked, you will still owe us the full amount.We will also charge you €20 extra on top of the price if due to wrong data we have to get an extra driver.
  • If you take alot of luggage (more then 1 suitcase and 1 handbag/person) , please tell us when you make your reservation. In case you are with 3 people or less and you have more luggage that would not fit in a regular car we will automatically send a minivan. Offcourse we will charge the price for 4-8 people (minivan) for this. That way we we do not have any surprises during pickup and we arrive at the airport on time without any problems

Polution/Damaging

  • When smudging/smearing the car, in any way, we will charge you €75 to get the car clean for the next customers. This extra cost needs to be payed immediately to our driver. Any specialized cleaning can also be charged. Also the costs if the vehicle would be deemed temporarely unavailable for a period of time will be charged.
  • When damaging the car, in any way, we will charge you €75. This extra cost needs to be payed immediately to our driver. if any costs appear for repairing the car they will be send to you afterwards. Also the costs if the vehicle would be deemed temporarely unavailable for a period of time will be charged.

Animals

  • Please add to your reservation you will be travelling with animals. We expect that the animals are properly caged so they can be transported in the trunk. If you fail to nofity us on the reservation, the driver may refuse to transport the animal(s).

Seatbelt

  • Everyone is obliged at entering the card to fasten the seatbelt. For any fine regarding seatbelts, the client will be held accountable and costs are for you.

Childseats

  • Childseats are always available free of charge. Please specify this when making a reservationg/booking, alongside with the age of your children


Private transportation

  • You have the choice for private transportation. Private transportationn means we do not stop along the way to pick up other people. If you choose for private transport, this will cost have an additional cost €20
  • You can also choose for combi transport, which means we could stop along the way to pick up other people. With combi transport we prohibit the right to pick you up 45 minutes before the designated time. You will be notified the day before the departure by phone. We still take in account/respect the desired time you want to be at the airport.

Smoking

  • Smokers can still smoke on the way to the card and not upstairs at the taxi spot. We still ask you to first notify the driver. He will guide you to the parking where you can smoke. When you decide to do otherwise the driver will charge you the parkingtickect also on top of the price. (€5,00)

Extra stops/extra people

  • In case the drive has to make extra stops, please add this to your order. Non mentioned extra stops will not be done by the driver
  • In case you have extra people who were not mentioned on the order we will charge the full price of a fair per person extra

Delays

  • Budgettaxi can be hold responsible for any damage by us or by force majeure. On the other hand Budgettaxi will do all the necessary to prevent this from happening

Waiting times

  • If a taxi needs to wait longer as 10 minutes, you will be charged €25/hour. (Offcourse this is not the case when you are landing on the airport)
